SHIPPING

Most of the orders placed from us, will arrive between 7 and 21 days worldwide. All orders will be shipped from our smoke-free, pet free studio in KL Malaysia (previously based in Auckland, NZ).

Once the order is shipped out, you'll receive an email from Yogisnista with tracking information. Should there be a delay in getting your order out, we will send out an email to inform of the delay. We ensure all of our handmade products are high in quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. RETURNS

Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping charges will not be 'refunded'.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

For damaged items, please take pictures of the damaged goods and email us, within 7 days of your original receipt of your order.

To arrange your return, please email yogisnista@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

And if your order failed to deliver, we will provide refund of the item you purchased but not the shipping fee.
